Delivery Time

If your order reaches us Monday to Friday before 02:00 p.m., delivery will generally take between 2 and 4 working days.

Dispatch Partners

Customers in Germany can choose between DHL and HERMES for delivery of their packages.
To return goods free of charge, use the supplied package return stickers.

Order Status

All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order with the PUMA Online Shop and that you check your emails regularly.
If you have not received an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your Spam filter before you do anything else.
If the spam filter does not contain an email from the PUMA Online Shop, contact PUMA Customer Service by telephone under 0 18 05 / 28 63 25 (14 ct./min; Mobile costs will be maximum 42 ct./min).

When your package is passed to the dispatch partner, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email. This confirmation of dispatch will contain a DHL code or a HERMES identification number that can be used to track the status of your package online.

Links for tracking packages:

DHL packages: Enter the 12 digit DHL code and the postcode of the delivery address on the DHL website.

HERMES packages: Enter the order number, package identification number or acknowledgement number on the HERMES website.

DHL Express

Orders for express delivery (with the exception of the PUMA bicycle and the PUMA Gift Card) will be delivered to you by 12.00 noon the next day by DHL Express. The lump sum charge for express delivery is € 9.80 per order (this charge will also be applied if delivery of a consignment is normally free of charge under the usual delivery charge model).
If you order up to 12.00 noon on Mondays to Thursdays, you will receive your package the next day (Tuesday to Friday). All orders which are received after 12.00 noon on Thursdays and up to the following Sunday will be passed to DHL on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday. No express deliveries will be made on Sundays and on local and national holidays.

If delivery cannot be made to you in person, you will be informed of the attempted delivery by means of a card and your package will be left for you in a neighbouring post-office. You can collect the package from the post office during the following 14 days, after which it will be returned to us.

Please note:

The “payment in advance” and “payment on delivery” methods of payment cannot be combined with express delivery.
We hope that you will understand that we cannot guarantee delivery by noon the next day on the following islands (as well as others). However, delivery will certainly be faster than by normal methods.
North Sea islands: the East Frisian Islands Neuwerk, Wangerooge, Spiekeroog, Langeoog, Norderney, Juist, Borkum, Baltrum; the North Frisian Islands Pellworm, Nordstrand, Hallig Hooge, Hallig Langeness, Sylt, Amrum, Föhr

Delivery Address and Invoice Address

Paying by invoice: Delivery and invoice addresses do not need to be the same.

Paying by credit/debit card: Delivery and invoice addresses do not need to be the same. For example you can have your package delivered to your work address or to a DHL Packstation or HERMES PaketShop.

Paying cash on delivery: Delivery and invoice address do not need to be the same. You can have your package delivered to your work address.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum purchase order value.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping for order values from € 30,00. A shipping charge of € 3,90 will be applied on order values less than € 30,00.

Paying cash on delivery:
Please note that the cash on delivery option will be charged with an additional amount of € 4.95 (€ 2.95 for the cash on delivery fee and € 2.00 for the transaction).
