Paying by Invoice

If you select the Invoice payment option, you are obliged to pay the sum of the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. An electronic transfer form is included in every package. We reserve the right not to offer payment by invoice for certain orders and to, instead, suggest another type of payment.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card

We accept the following credit/debit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express

The sum will be deducted when the merchandise is dispatched.

Paying Cash on Delivery

If you select the cash on delivery option, you pay the invoice sum to the person delivering the package. Please note that the cash on delivery option incurs an additional fixed fee of € 4.95 (€ 2.95 for administration costs and € 2.00 cash on delivery fee).

Direct eBanking

Sofortüberweisung.de is an easy-to-use direct transfer procedure based on the high security standard of online banking and is regularly reviewed by the TÜV Technical Inspection Agency with regard to data protection security. For this type of payment you neither have to register nor do you need a credit card. Pay simply and securely with your online bank account. You simply need the log-in data of your online account (access data/PIN) and a TAN number for order confirmation.
Directly after your purchase order has been sent, a secure payment form from Sofortüberweisung.de opens, via which you can set up a transfer in your online banking account. Once you have checked and sent your data, the invoice amount is transferred directly to our bank account in real time. In this way your purchase order can be immediately processed and sent to you more quickly.

Payment in advance

With payment in advance, you will receive an order confirmation detailling our bank account information. As soon as the outstanding order amount is received, your order will be dispatched. Should payment not be received in the stipulated timeframe, we must unfortunately, cancel your order.
